Get baking and come up with a winning recipe to enter into the Great Derbyshire Dales Fairtrade Bake Off. Produce something wonderful using as many Fairtrade ingredients as possible to win this prestigious award.

The competition will comprise of regional heats one for each Fairtrade Town in the Derbyshire Dales with the winners from each heat competing for the top Derbyshire Dales Fairtrade Bake Off prize. 

The Matlock heat will take place on Saturday 28th February 2015 at Imperial Rooms, Matlock between 5 and 6 pm. 

Bring along your preprepared home made masterpieces to be judged by 3 local chefs.

Entries from children welcome – there will be a young persons category.

Lets see if Matlock bakers can come up trumps and beat off the competition from Bakewell, Darley Dale, Wirksworth and Ashbourne.
