The Matlock Fairtrade Bake Off was awaited with eager anticipation. We had sixteen entries, eight adults and eight from those aged fourteen and under.

Our judges Colin, Stacey and Rose were very impressed with the high standard of baking and had a very difficult job finding a winner in each category.
